Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel: If you wish to cancel our services, your request will be processed within 5 business days. Any fees paid for services not yet delivered after the cancellation date may qualify for a refund, as outlined in our refund policy.
Cancellation Rules:
No refunds will be given for completed milestones.
If you cancel during an ongoing milestone, you may receive a 25% refund for that milestone.
Refund Policy
Pro-Rata Refunds: If you have paid in full, you may be eligible for a refund for the unused portion of the service. To qualify, the cancellation request must follow the notice period mentioned above.
Cancellation After Work Begins: If you cancel after the project has started but before it is finished, you will be billed for the completed work up to the cancellation date. Any amount paid beyond that will be refunded.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you may submit a refund request after completing the dispute resolution process. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service and the circumstances outlined in the service agreement.
