Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

If you wish to cancel our services, you may submit a cancellation request. Once received, your request will be processed within 5 business days.

Any fees paid for services that have not yet been delivered after the cancellation date may qualify for a refund, according to our Refund Policy.

Cancellation Rules

• No refunds will be issued for completed milestones.

• If cancellation occurs during an ongoing milestone, you may be eligible for a 25% refund for that specific milestone.

• Any work completed before the cancellation request will be billed accordingly.

If you have paid the full amount for a service, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the service.

To qualify, your cancellation request must follow the notice period stated in the Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation After Work Begins

If a project is cancelled after work has already started but before completion, you will be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date.

Any payment made beyond the completed work will be refunded accordingly.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may submit a refund request after completing the dispute resolution process.
